Rooibos tea contains the following minerals: Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium (for the nervous system), Sodium, Copper, Zinc, Manganese, Iron, alpha-hydroxyl (healthy skin) and Fluoride, plus the added healthy benefits of ginger, cloves, cinnamon and orange peel. Rooibos tea is gentle on the digestive tract. Cloves are a mild anesthetic used on gums. Orange peel may help lower cholesterol. Cinnamon aids in lowering blood sugar. Ginger helps digest fatty foods, and reduces inflammation (arthritis). The mixture of these spices makes this a real tasty tea!!
Caffeine free
Recommended use: 1 rounded tsp per 6oz cup of boiling water. Steep 6-8 minutes or to taste.
You can make about 35-40 cups per bag depending on personal taste.
